These are the things you need to know after the update that we did today:
All Users:
You don’t have to do anything special. We have increased the security of the information stored in our servers.
Some users might receive a message saying that your password has expired. If that’s your case, then you need to go to the Accudemia login screen and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
Once there, type your ID and email address to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email received to complete the password reset. If you are not able to reset your password that way, it might be because we don’t have your email address on file, which means that we cannot verify your identity and you need to contact your center’s administrator so they can reset it for you.
IT Administrators:
As we announced a couple weeks ago, you will need to update the import utility (ADX) for it to work. You will also need to update your Accudemia’s password.
To update your password, access Accudemia, and click on My Profile:
Then, click on the (Set Password) link, type your new password and click Accept to close the popup. Click Save Changes to finish.
Now, open ADX as you would normally do, but instead of logging in, click on More Options and then on Version Information:
Click Yes to check for updates. Since the update is mandatory, it will start to automatically download the new version of ADX.
Once you have reset your password and updated ADX, you’re all set!
Happy Independence Day!
The Accudemia Team
