UPDATE: Now there's an easier way to do it, check it out here . Recently, with the changes in the Accudemia licenses, we have received lots of questions about how to inactivate students in bulk. In order to do it, the first thing you need is ADX installed in your computer . Then you just need to import a file, with the following format: Student ID, Active 123123, No 849848, No 266484, No ... And so on. If you want the full list of students in the system, you can get it from the Advanced -> Export option in the menu. By doing it once at the end of the semester would be enough to keep Accudemia running with only the students you need. Plus, you will be blocking access to those students that are not longer in your college.
