Many of you have been asking for new features, sending suggestions, complaints (not too many luckily) and any kind of change requests for Accudemia. I’m glad to announce that finally, after 3 long months, we have updated the site with a bunch of changes on it.
The list of changes is long, but here are the things I like more:
Site Speed:
The performance of the site was greatly improved, some parts of the site were redone from scratch with performance in mind. Also the iAccu performance was improved, the sync is now so much faster, for real.
Data Export:
You can find a new option in the left menu to export your data. By doing so, you get the raw information, so you can analyze it by using Excel or any other tool you like.
Fixed Walk-Ins:
Tired of selecting the same information every time? Well, now you can “fix” the data that won’t change between different walk-ins, so students only have to select the information that is important for them.
More options directly from the Intake System screen:
You can now double-click over a student that is signed-in, and a screen will pop up where you can edit the session comments, or sign him out. That way you don’t have to be switching from page to page.
Profile Pictures!
We also have added support for uploading profile pics. Don’t remember who that student is? Take a look at the picture to remember.
We will be extending this to other parts of the system, so you can always have a picture next to the name. Just start uploading your profile pictures!
What else? You will find a bunch of new settings for customizing account restrictions, appointments, 14 new traffic analysis reports, lots of bug fixes and enhancements, among other things.
Check out the full list of new features here.
